Shi-Zu Allen A. Abad

Shi-Zu Allen A. Abad is a Chief Master Instructor.  He was born on March 15, 1950. At the age of 8yrs old Shi-Zu Abad started his martial arts training in the Leeward district in Waianae, Hawaii.  He has trained under several notable instructors Walter Aiona Sensei (Judo-Jujitsu) Instructor Edwards, Under Professor Chow (Kenpo Karate); Instructor Rodrigues and Instructor Marce Totor (CHA3 Kenpo); Larry  Kaweaauhau was Shi-zu’s Latest teacher before he left for San Diego to Launch the Largest Kajukenbo school in Southern California.  Throughout his Teaching he continued his training under Si Tai Gung James Ibrao.  In 1997 Shi-Zu and Si Tai Gung James Ibrao Developed a bond Between Student and Teacher which launched him into the Style he came to love, Tai-Chi. He continued to develop himself and created the Style of  Hung Ga Kenbo. In Honor of  Sijo Emperado and Si Tai Gung James Ibrao.

Shi-Zu Abad has always been recognized for his precision, accuracy and speed in his self defense techniques.  Because of his movements, Instructors referred to him as ” Liquid Fire”. Shi-Zu Abad has been recognized with many awards, In 1994 he received the Golden Masters Martial arts award. This Award recognized Shi-Zu Abad for his dedication to teaching and Sharing at the highest standards of martial arts on mental, Physical and Spiritual  Level. Shi-Zu Abad has appeared in such publications as Secret of the Masters, Black Belt Magazine as well as training videos: The Kajukenbo “Original Method” Instructional series.  He has conducted many seminars throughout the United States and United Kingdom.  In 1999 Shi-Zu Abad was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame and Given the Instructor of the Year Award.

Shi-Zu Is the Founder of AMAI-KA  (Abad’s Martial Arts International Kajukenbo Association and taught the Style of Hung Ga Kenbo. He carried the Rank of Golden Dragon Under Si Tai Gung James Ibrao.  In September 2007 Shi-Zu Abad was promoted by Sijo Emperado to 9th Degree, to the title, Grandmaster.

Shi-Zu Abad is considered to be one of the most renowned and respected martial arts masters in the world today.
